Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for RurSat subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to the terms below. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; RurTech does not store your card or bank details.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is free. No charge is made during the trial, and you may cancel any time before it ends with nothing to pay.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; it is not cut off immediately.

Refunds

• 7-day satisfaction window: if you are charged for your first Pro month and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.
• After 7 days / renewals: monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, since the service is delivered continuously. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full on verification.
• Enterprise refunds follow the terms of the signed agreement.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take longer to reflect it). Approved requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
